Issue: When Outlook starts, it will get stuck on the loading screen and either display "Loading Profile" or "Processing". It also may not load at all.
Cause: There are many reasons why this happens. It can be attributed to a corrupt .ost file, a locked profile, hardware acceleration, or an incompatible COM extension.
Resolution: There are multiple things you can try to resolve this. You can first try opening Outlook in safe mode. To do this, open the Run command and type outlook.exe /safe. If this opens Outlook, check for incompatible COM extensions in File>Options>Add-ins>Manage COM Add-ins and disable the Kaspersky and Teamviewer add-ins.
If this does not resolve your issue, you can try resetting the Navigation Pane. This rarely works but you can try it. To do this, open Run and type outlook.exe /resetnavpane. If Outlooks opens with this command, it should be resolved.
If neither of those resolve your issue, you can download and run the Microsoft Office Support And Recovery Assistant, This a tool designed by Microsoft to resolve issues with Office. This will resolve your issue 99% of the time. Download it at our IT Sharepoint
